I actually lol'd at some of the lie detector stuff, Jake King saying he wanted to punch Jack Riewoldt made me laugh(because he was serious)

FFS, Freo supporters describing the 15 years of mockery (when you are a wealthy club too) does nothing for me. They have been around for 1/10 of the VFL/AFL. See how it feels to be 50 years out of the GF, then ask for sympathy.

FFS, Freo supporters describing the 15 years of mockery (when you are a wealthy club too) does nothing for me. They have been around for 1/10 of the VFL/AFL. See how it feels to be 50 years out of the GF, then ask for sympathy.

They do cop it pretty hard, being in a two team town where it's either Eagles or Dockers. But, I do agree that we've had the hardest run in the league, by far.

Lets face it. Freo exist in a boom economy in a boom AFL market. They have sponsors lining up to support them. The WA govt is building a 70K seat stadium for them can offer a grest lifestyle for players. I'm happy fortheir players and coach but lets not accept this down trodden BS.

I'm guessing we will be hearing the same stuff when GWS and GCS make theri first GF's.

The lifestyle over there is FANTASTIC. The weather brilliant. Fremantle is the St Kilda of Perth (talking entertainment precinct here).

But YES, I'm sick of hearing about their long 19 year wait - must be such agony

I absolutely hated living in Perth in 1989. Biggest mistake of my life was moving there. I couldn't wait to get back to Melbourne. Other than that, it was OK.
