I feel your pain. And the only way that's ever going to happen is an away final at Subi, which probably isn't going to be too satisfying anyway and you'll have to hear about it for the next year

Yeah it happened in 2007(?) when we lost by over 100 In the semi. :p

The pre match so boring had to switch over and watch "The Ten Commandments "

The Three Stooges are on too - better option than Mike Brady = sorry fargy, but you've gotta be kidding about Up Their Cazaly don't ya? Absolute dirge. He mimed the whole song and was only live pleading for crowd participation! Bring back Meatloaf, lol!

Haha each to their own :) Brings back some good memories for me, I wasn't paying attention to what he was doing, just heard it in the background.

Yeah it wasn't the prettiest quarter to watch. But I think it is much closer than it seems. The only difference at the moment is that the Hawks are making more of their chances inside 50 than Fremantle are, and finding the marks. Fremantle need to lift in the midfield, Hawks finding lose men a little easy at times.

Hope the dogs get a mention from Brian post match :p

Not exactly the most entertaining Grand Final. It is actually pretty close in most of the key stats. The big difference is the Hawks are doing the basic things better. Fremantle's disposal efficiency has been terrible, and players are dropping marks when all alone, thus not allowing themselves to control possession, and lets not start with kicking for goal. Hawks in control without dominating, it is Fremantle playing terrible just as much.

Hawthorn are just a lot smarter and more composed than Freo. And they can kick straight which always helps :p

Anyone else sick of Bruce loving Hodge?

Player X tackles/marks/kicks/handballs and it's routine.

Hodge does it and, "he's a wonderful player", "isn't he a star?", "what a leader!", or for a blind kick out of a pack, "typical Hodge"...

Bruce needs to get a non foaming grip on himself, doesn't he?
