Did you let the AFL know where your preference was....no good keeping it to yourself.

no id thought id run it past you first

44 million redevelopment

but good luck navigating the bottle neck

the towns called Lyndoch Zzzed
"and we are yet to see what they do with the proposed venue in the Barossa - which was not used last year because it was deemed not up to scratch. Good luck to those teams' supporters driving up to the Barossa for an hour, only to find a huge traffic bottleneck in that the little village town in the Barossa hosting the game. I cant wait to hear how many of them miss the start of the game."

just LOL

You weren't wrong!

Doubles against the Cats, Dogs, Dees, Dockers, Tigers & Giants.

The GWS double makes me laugh because we are the 'Home' team in Gather round then have to play them away in Sydney at the end of the year.

How ****ing hard is it to have the Gather Round games as one of, NEUTRAL, matches?!?

I also love that we have a home game against the Blues AT THE MCG!?!

Carlton 100% requested that change because of how well we match them at Marvel. Shit that the club accepts it because it'll be a bigger crowd.

**** off.

Hope Bassett lines them up again TBH. Might as well go full Trump psycho at this point at call out ALL of the bullshit...
Wait until you find out that Carlton’s assessed as having an easier draw than us, and Melbourne assessed as having the equal softest draw… 🙄

There was a thread ages ago, where someone had gone through and show that you can have 22 games per team and have everyone play everyone and even number of times over like 4-5 year span.

There's no excuse for these imbalances outside of money.

The AFL refuse to put a fairer fixture in place because it will draw smaller crowds.

Frustrating AF.
And spoil their bonuses.

Brutals a good word for it. We can't trade our F1 now. I'd be surprised if we're not tanking on here by round 9 😂 Go Saints.
well if we are doing that lets tell higgins he has a free hit in round 18 19 20 or 21,papley would please a few in 18,my favourite player in the whole afl to see his head pounded into the turf, gryan miers or whatever his name is in 19,how about steven may in 20?or if by round 21 its heavily speculated that ldu is going somewhere as a free agent other than the saints, then give him one in round 21

so he isnt playing the last couple games costing us a higher pick

Giving Norf a harder draw than multiple finals teams is a ****ing joke.

They don’t even try and hide it

Pretty brutal fixture. We need to put together some form early or the season could be gone before we get going again.
Totally agree. Big learning from this year is you can't get too far in the red. The first half of the season looks brutal, we will need to be on our game from the round onwards or the season could be gone fast.

Had a few mates go over to Alice recently, a few of them Murri fellas by the way and they said they were pretty frightened at times. And these are blokes you wouldn’t take on in a pub fight but just the sheer numbers of the feral pricks.
