By the looks of it the Essendon players are practicing kicking US down the gate 2 stairs. Interesting. Game on.
We need to train up our own Uncle squad to retaliate

Some other interesting tidbits regarding our venues:
On this front, the Lions (along with Cricket) continue to proactively engage with the State Government regardingoptions for a tier 1 oval stadium that meets the needs of our growing city for decades to come.
The club is now focussed on the development of the 22B Community Hub, which will deliver more sporting facilities, communityspaces and a childcare centre to service the local community. The Lions have a 50-year site lease in place and will partner withIpswich City Council to deliver this much needed community asset

After a quick read of the Precinct Plan.

22A is BHA

22B is across the road looks like it is going to be a multi-purpose oval that includes AFL.

22B is mentioned in the 2024 financial report.
"The club is now focused on the development of the 22B Community Hub, which will deliver more sporting facilities, community spaces and a childcare centre to service the local community. The Lions have a 50-year site lease in place and will partner with Ipswich City Council to deliver this much needed community asset."

Apart from the above 22B will have a lot of car spaces.
420 car spots. 100 overflow spaces and 2 coach spaces.

Just an observation that the document is dated mid-2020, over two years prior to the completion of stage 1. It looks like the roof requires the removal of the grassy slopes so it would be quite expensive. I think it's most likely not included in the cost of upgrading 22B, it's a seperate thing. I'd love to have it, but it must be said it would change the character of the ground completely.

Someone posted on here recently a graph showing where key defenders rated, I have looked, but can’t find it, can anyone else help?
I posted ratings from stats insider looking at a few positions but not in graph form.
When separating the positions it is always in overall player rank order.
It is their own criteria used so subjective.
Just change the positions in the top filter. You can have one or multiple positions. Same with the other filter on Teams.

Below are the defenders. One in general defender plus key defender, the other just key defender.
With my two images i could only go so far. To get all you will have to go to the link.

Trying to sign into the members section of the app and repeatedly getting this. Any help?
I've been able to log in fine, but I've already linked my Lions and Ticketmaster accounts together, quite some time ago.

I'm seeing an error here, but I'm assuming it's only temporary seeing as my membership payments are being debited monthly (and is due to happen again in the next couple of days). Screenshot_20250126_101714_Brisbane.jpg

Yeah I can't even get up to the page to type my user name and password in. Thought I synced it last season too. New phone, redownloaded the app.

I'm sure it'll sort itself by the time the season starts.

Life lesson one: when management or admin change systems to simplify processes for staff or customers, the only people things are actually made easier for are management and admin.
Yeah my Lions membership and ticketmaster are under different emails and its stuffed the whole thing up because i forget which is which, only having to log in once a year or so.

Just give us a card with a barcode to scan.

Signing into the lions website works fine but not the app on the phone. I'll worry about it if the app still doesn't work closer to the first game.
You could maybe try giving your phone a restart and then try again.
It works with these sort of things sometimes.

This doesn’t fit with my ‘Wilkie is a fraud propped up by Ross’ terrorist defensive football’ take so I’m choosing to ignore this data point.
