Matt Rendell just did his list assessment of the Lions on Trade Radio, he says the only hole we have on our list is ruck depth.

He is big on Ely Smith and Connor McFadyen being very good talent, he liked them in their draft year.

We have great people in charge and should be contending for a flag over the next 5 years or so.

Rendell just mentioned that the Guthrie boys from Geelong are sons of Andrew Merryweather who played 1 game for Fitzroy and 5 for Essendon. Merryweather was Andrew's step father's name and he changed back to his birth name of Guthrie after his AFL career.

Was mentioned on SEN that "our" Aussie Josh Green has been drafted to the NBA in America........it's supposedly him but they couldn't see how it could be as he is so short......last I heard they think it is but are mystified.
