No you didn't. My point was that with only 38 players on your list it makes it harder to pay the minimum salary cap and may also mean that they are being paid more than they are worth. Look at your own club who has had a lot of extra NSW scholarship players just for the chance that one may turn good all the while knowing that the chance is slim.

I'm baffled that you can argue the merits of one club having 38 players on their list compared to another with 44. It's a competitive industry.

Wouldn't be difficult at all especially the teams with multiple superstars. At no point have I argued a club should go in with just 38 players, why would you think that? You criticised another poster for thinking you might take one less than the maximum and I'm arguing it wouldn't be unusual.

You're point re the magpies only reinforces mine. If it is so vital to fill the list via all alternative methods why doesn't every club do it? I'll ask again, do you think every club should fill their category B list to remain competitive?

I think any club would be crazy to have less than the full amount of senior listed players and rookies. That's common sense. To be the best team possible and to cover injuries.

Yes, the fact the club has come out and said we are to take two in the PSD and two rookies is good enough for me to predict we shall take all four picks. Plus, teh fact Krytone is in the pic says to me we are likely to pick him again, probably with our last rookie pick, if he isn't taken by someone else first. God I hope he gets a haircut of some half decent type before next year, looks like he runs around with a three week old dead wombat on his head...

It actually doesn't say that, we'll use 4 picks, whether that's 1 PSD and 3 rookies or 2+2 we'll find out tomorrow.
