I am pretty confident of that, knowing people that know him very well.

Gee Eddie is a flog. Has the AFL ever seen anybody as concieted as him? I can't remember one.
Wellingham is uncontracted, and while he may be a handy player for the Egirls, I can't see him being a silver bullet for them, he just adds some depth to a midfield that already has some similar players. So I doubt the Egirls will have to offer his "substantial compensation" they will put forward what they deem to be a fair & equitable trade. If Eddie & his goon squad stonewall them on it, they will simply move on to their next target, or use picks to chase a kid. Let hipster boy go PSD to Melbourne.

It's really weird how much he goes on. Do you hear Rosich or the other Steve going on about list management and compensation? What is Eddie's f*cking role anyway?

Don't think its inconceivable that we could get involved late in the trade period for Wellingham and/or Gumby if other targets fail to fall our way, although I don't think either will be priority one.

I expect the 2nd Mini Draft Pick to be our main focus.

I can see Roberton either being used to bring a WA boy home or an upgrade of picks depending on which clubs show interest.

I think Lyon and co would be very reluctant to look at a trade for Michie as they seem to rate him highly and only now looks like we will get him to have a full uninterupted pre-season.

It's an interesting one. North seems to have a shiteload of tall forwards too so I wonder if they'd be up for it.

Am I right in thinking Black hasn't done anything yet to make him rated any higher than when he was drafted?
