Zach Tuohy has retreated so far into his shell it's not funny. All his kicks as so conservative these days, it's like he's terrified of making a mistake. And that's a big problem given that his long penetrating kick off half-back is supposed to be the big asset he brings us.

We already have a bevvy of defenders (Kolo, Henry, Taylor, Blitz) who play it safe and take easy options. He *needs* to be more than he is at the moment.

Rohan is 2 fold I reckon, 1 is we played a style that suited his strengths, an open forwardline where he used his burst pace and vertical leap to get to the ball, and space to use his pace and closing ability defensively.
Since then we've played a style that ensures he has no impact. Slow, flooded and indirect.

He has nothing to be ashamed of as captain. Most of his finals performances have been great as the skipper.
