I live around 500 meters from the stadium; it's always horrible trying to find a park on footy days. The best bet is on the other side of the Barwon down by the dog park. Heaps down there and only a short walk across the bridge.

Here’s a question. How do you pay to get the train and where?

I’m seeing disruptions to trains past geelong station, so any car park less than 10-15 mins walk is better than walk from station or crowded replacement buses

Yeah I caught the train to Geelong many moons back and it was all on Myki.

Catch the train, only costs 4.40 each way. Not much parking and worst of all you can't use your phones for anything in the stadium. no service ai all. even their wifi is no good. Myki is fine to use.

It’s from Geelong to Geelong south, but a 30 min walk if you don’t take the replacement buses, which will be a bunfight

I may be blind but reading off that timetable it seems to only effect trains from Geelong to Waurn Ponds (never heard of it)
