Picked up pork/chook/lamb pre marinanded to chuck on the spit starting at 7am. Served in fresh bread rolls we will pick up from the local Viet bakery at 12. Smallgoods platter with the all star being the super hot Slovenian salami from the Preston Market. Slabs of Hawker's varieties for those with good taste, Carlton Draught for the rest. Decent reds and champers for the girls and a few of the boys. Also, if you host a Grand Final day or any party really and make people BYO piss, don't bother, you scabby campaigner. To take it further, if you are hosting a BBQ and demand people BYO meat, just disappear yourself you lowlife. Before you carry on about 'privilege', I picked up these values from both sides of my family. One side South Asian immigrants with 8 kids who barely ate due to my drunk of a grandfather spending most of his paycheck on piss. The other side a Wharfie family before it was a high paying job. It was a matter of courtesy and most of all pride.
