Priority 3 member got lucky in the ballot
I got M8 row kk. it says seats 28-32 but the tickets came to 97 bucks each?
Does that mean its like a standing area or restricted view?
Go hawks

Not when you pay a premium for the privilege.

My mate spoke to the club this morning and they are looking in to why P1 members are getting standard seats, they were expecting that P1 be receiving Premium or Prime allocations, as is logical when you are a premium member.

To argue otherwise is illogical

thats a fair call and I agree.

I'm P2 and got q50 Row DD anyone know if im 4 rows back or 30?

Just did some math on the ballot, only 4800 tickets allocated to Hawk members..
6875 members registered and 2075 missed out..
4800 tickets given to a competing team is pretty poor IMO..
Not sure how many of the 4800 were P1 and P2 members.. Would be interesting to find out..

There would be more than one seat (ticket) on most of those successful ballot applications.

So true.

I got dished out lvl 4 Row Y. I gave them a serve and a few suggestions into next time we make GF how to handle it.

If Hawthorn got 4800 Tickets for members, Thats a ****ing joke by the AFl.
They can shove their Corporates up their hinnys

Hawks member for 31 years. Priority 1 membership and get 3 tickets in Q49 Row V. Go figure.

Have 2 daughters who suffer vertigo

If anyone wants to swap these for level 1, I am willing to pay $300

Go Hawks
I'm in a similar boat.

Have 2 adult and 1 concession on Q7 Row Y. Old man can't handle heights whatsoever. If anyone is interested in swapping those for Level 1 (anywhere between M1-M12?) I'm willing to pay whatever inflated price may be involved...send me a PM.

Hi all, below is an edited copy of a complaint I have sent to Ticketmaster today. I figured it may apply to others on this board.
______________________________________________________________________

Hello, I am a Hawthorn Football Club member who registered for the grand final ticket ballot as a Priority 3 member. I believe I have been mislead by ticketmaster, I have been given information today by a Ticketmaster operator that there was an error with my ballot registration (see below) and now I have no faith in the fairness of the system used to ballot grand final tickets for club members. Please note I had a realistic expectation I probably would not get a ticket so this communication is about the process where I have been mislead and my current lack of faith that the ballot was flawless and fair.

My details are:

address - removed for BF post
mobile phone - removed for BF post
HFC membership barcode number - removed for BF post
Ticketmaster ballot number - removed for BF post
Credit card used for ballot - removed for BF post

Below is a screenshot of the message I got from ticketmaster yesterday (Sunday 21 Sep). It clearly states that I have a seat in seat 32 in Row B, M50 for the Grand Final. It also clearly states that I should have recieved the tickets by email. Now, to my dismay I find that my number is on the 'unsuccessful' list for the ballot which has been published since. How on earth is this complete contradiction to be explained???

A customer who follows the system cannot be expected to accept this situation - first I recieve a clear message stating I have a ticket and then today I read that I dont. I rang the 136100 number to enquire and after one hour of constant ringing I finally got through and then had to hold for another 20 minutes only to be told (by a helpful lady I admit) that my ballot number corresponds to another persons name and NOT MINE but also that I have been unsuccessful - her supervisor confirmed this to her. Why was my TM ballot number (AU228-34194) linked to another persons name????? How do I know that I was genuinely unsuccessful?

This is completely unacceptable and I demand a detailed explanation from Ticketmaster. I would also like recognition from HFC that this issue has been noted by the club. This email will also be sent via mail to the Ticketmaster GPO Box address.

(Screendump of ticketmaster message removed for BF post)

In anticipation,
Hawthorn Football Club Member

Geez the more I read the more baffled I am about how I am sitting in the rafters and P3 get ground level (congrats to you honestly).

Think I will take a break from here for a while...............

I am priority 1 and i scored M1, row E, incredibly lucky i guess going from some of the other stories i read about on here... this whole ticketmaster thing is a joke!

I have a ticket on the wing 2nd level in prime seating, but i dont think i can be bothered going as it means i have to wake up at like 12 so if i decide not to go im happy to sell it to someone for cost price.

I have a question regarding the nosebleeds. I picked up my Q49 Row DD tickets today at Ticketmaster and was told that they were the back row. Now... I've had a look at the photos of the stand (counted rows etc, etc.) and I reckon these a fair few rows behind us... Does anyone know if Row DD is in fact the last row in the Q's, or does anyone else have a higher row??

I have KK. So unless we're actually on the roof you should have a few behind you. Also pretty sure that I had tix for Pies v Blues which were MM.
