I heard a pretty disgraceful rumour from a pretty big source as well regarding another Richmond identity Changed how i viewed the guy completely...

I heard Balme went to a restaurant and ate everything at the restaurant and they had to close the restaurant
Apparently it was an all you could eat and they vastly underestimated how much the great man could chow down

It will be Peggy by the end of the day

Pretty sure the whole Brooke Cotchin spa day incident was just a cover-up for her sneaking out to spend some quality time with Dimma.

did he use the QR code on entry?

I can understand the logistics behind the "sackable offence" as its generally frowned upon to have relationships in the place of work. It created issues that can result in massive dramas. Most work places don't allow it for that reason. Simon lethlean is a prime example, he was let go by the AFL for the same reason (he just didn't knock her up). Its not professional to be knocking up your work mates and causes HR nightmares.

Should keep personal and professional life separate at all costs, especially in the footy world that is constantly under the microscope. Single or married, it makes no difference.

As Confucius say, man who drinks same water that he shits in, only gets sick.

I thought you came here in peace? You seem to have trialled and found Dimma guilty within three posts 😂

Nah, hes only guilty if its true. Im looking at it from an administration point of view (comes with being a business owner).
Not trying to incite anything, just putting a bit of another view on it. Personally I reckon you can stick your dick anywhere you like, unfortunately in the professional world it doesn't work that way lol.

As I said, I'm not hanging him personally, I love the bloke. But if its true, it does have precedence

I agree.

IF true it's not a sackable offense but ethically it's against the professional standards of most organisations and can create a perception of conflict of interest or preferential treatment by others within the organisation even if that's not actually happening.

Considering most of what's been built at the club has been built on professional behaviours, there would be a bit to answer for from both Dimma and the +1 as well as feedback from staff to ensure the club culture remains strong but it shouldn't be addressed to anyone outside of the club.

Where there's smoke there's fire but this is now way out of control with inconsistencies about Rance and the female in question and the timeline so there's more more falsehoods than truths in the twitter storm but regardless could be an interesting few days until this dies down.

If it was true, I guess it'd make it difficult for him to preach being a "Richmond man"...no?

A Richmond Man makes mistakes all the time. It's how it is addressed to the group if there is discontent amongst the group of the alleged actions that is the make or break.
