The asking price for Duursma and Bergman would be too high. Port Adelaide will demand a lot. I’d rather look elsewhere and keep our 2022 and 2023 first round picks.
I don't think the asking price for Duursma will be extreme tbh. He and Hinkley do not get along from all reports so he would be happy to get rid of him for less than what some think.

All this Port talk has me not looking forward to another trade period dealing with that absolute campaigner, Jason Cripps.

You’ve been reading the draft board, I take it?

Haha - no I don't venture out of safer pastures here. I just know that the 'but we have Clarko!' style of recruiting did very little in luring big fish to us once our premiership days were up. Can't see it changing at a smaller, less glamorous, club.

I can almost guarantee that if we do trade with those pricks this year, we won't be bent again over again a la the Wingard trade, those days are well and truly over

So he has said no to North but there has been nothing on us! I wonder if he is not that keen on us and is waiting for another team to finish finals or we are not that keen on him?
Or just that neither party is interested in playing it out in the media?

Traded a future first for the pick they used. Ultimately used by Gold Coast to select Flanders.
so its basically...
