Fair few Swans supporters having a whine about the umpires. Apparently they want to be allowed to tackle people's legs, have touched balls counted as goals, and touched balls counted as marks as STANDARD for the Sydney Football Club.

Not even the AFL will gift you that, guys.
And Shepard in marking contests and get BS push in the back decisions paid - both against gunston. I nearly lost it then.

I am with my father at the moment. Passionate Swans man.

I don't think we've ever been this awkward around each other. Ever.

Yeah, my old man and two brothers are all Swans supporters. Spoke to my old man after the game, seemed shattered, bit like me the first time we played them.

Tonights ignored rule: Push out in the marking contest

No I am pretty sure we got pinged for it a couple of times. Buddy can do it though, he plays for Sydney now, he can bring a step ladder onto the ground if he wants.

Gibbo and Schoey did well tonight, first game back for Gibbo and taking on the biggest challenge in the game and coming out on top.

Sydney are having a good old sook about the umpiring, if Goodes starts crying he could get a Knighthood out of this.

Well, with COLA gone, I tender you with a couple of options the AFL Executive are currently exploring:

SOLO = Sydney 0verhead Living Onslaught

FANTA = Financial Assistance Nightmare To All-the-rest

Perhaps a playing away from home allowance may be considered, or maybe a having to wear a red and white jumper allowance. They'll think of something.

One thing I don't miss from previous years is the huge build up to get it forward to Buddy only to see more points than goals come from his boot when the game was on the line. Had to smile at that when I saw it unravel the way it did...

You've got to feel for Sydney fans. They are not used to everything going their way and it would be tough for them.

I'm still amazed we were able to beat the greatest ever side ever with the best depth ever.

Will make One the Couch so much more enjoyable this week. Wonder what excuses Healy will have for the swans this time.

" a game they let slip after being in control all night - poor kicking cost them"

Replay starting - heart rate normal - can't believe how schizo I was in the game day thread

My point exactly. I t used to break my heart watching that

Well done Hawks!!! Swans hands seemed better in the wet but we had more petrol tickets. Can't wait for Lake, Rioli and Sewell to be back.

Umpire Nicholls must have got a call from Mark Evans at 3q time. What a f$%king cheating maggot.

GO HAWKS!

$wans are our bunnies for sure 4 out of the last 5, only lost when missing our top 2 mids and Rioli after half time.

Don't see how the $wans can beat us on the MCG in the finals, we already saw tonight that they couldn't get it done with a fair bit of umpire assistance.

Don't forget we will also have Brian "mad dog" Lake back to lock down on Tippet.

With Lake and Rioli back in the team and a better game plan for managing Buddy I think we can smash that mob in September.
