All I can say is our backline is getting absolutely annihilated. That's strange given that it's our strongest part of the field and our best kickers play down back.

Backline love to play a couple of yards off an opponent.

Easily caught out when opposition midfield can deliver with minimal pressure from our mids.

Need to tighten up both in the mids and back 6.

I didn’t have very high expectations for a match sim against the premiers.

We were never going to come out and just nail it, but I have enjoyed watching some of our work in the midfield even if it’s been a bit rusty, and I think that, despite looking completely lost in the defense at different times, we’ve had plenty of transitions that have been very exciting.

Have loved what I’ve seen mostly from Will day, Wardy, Newk, and Ferg and Chad have given us something aswell.

its was the turnovers that are real ugly. Many of them were self inflicted with real sloppy kicks dropping short or not being kicked to a teammate's advantage. That is the area that needs attention.

Probably just the reality good teams are going to get us at times this year. We just lack the maturity to turn the tide when momentum is against us. The kids looked a bit overwhelmed in the first half.

Ball use has cost us. So that's rust.

Backline has had it tough, but no excuses being made to look soft also.

Greene looks good. Kosi looking unlikely to be the answer we need. Worpel not where you'd want right now.

Cmac is primmed. Ward too.

Liking Day mid. Looks bigger. Bit of Fyfe there.
