Big Boy, last 2 weeks have been outstanding. Showed everything we have been lacking.

TOB and Sicily straightened us up and a bit of forward structure got the smalls involved.

Hardwick and Burton used it very well, goo-like at times. Glad it wasn't Hodge dragging us kicking and screaming like last week, full team effort.

Can't keep this club down for long.

This season is all about development. A week is an extremely long time in football.

As long as we continue to hunt the ball, attack each contest and never roll over no matter how far behind we are.

Our next tilt is still a while away, however we will climb slowly over the next three season.

Great performance, very satisfying (though it does raise a lot of questions about the first month).

Senior players and leaders (McEvoy, Breust, Rioli, Smith, Shiels, Gunston) stood up and performed and surprise surprise, the next tier and young players were able to show a bit.

Tom Mitchell was sensational. He's a gun.

TOB played his best ever game.

Hardwick, Brand and Burton are starting to look quite settled across half back. Good signs there.

Clarkson has copped criticism this year and deserved some of it. But his faith in sticking with the group rather than swinging the axe like most (including myself) were calling for paid off. Guys like TOB, Hartung, Hardwick played like guys who felt their coach believed in them. Great to see.

Positive signs after a disastrous month. Now let's see it again.

Wowee! That was an awesome display. I was confident that we would win but not so easily.

Cannot fault any of the blokes out there tonight.

Thought Mitchell was our best over 4 quarters, with Rioli, TOB, Big Boy, Shiels, Hartung, Brand, Burton, Gunston, Bruest, Rough, Langford, Poppy, Frawley, Brand, Stratton, Hardwick, Sicily, Silk and Gibbo playing their best game of the year/their career in the case of TOB, Dimma, Big Boy, Brand and Hartung.

So proud of the boys!

Thank God we broke our duck! Massively improved effort levels today in all four quarters, fantastic to see. I can't remember being more grateful for a measly H&A win in recent years, feels like the team and the club really needed that with the media picking at us like vultures.

O'Brien & Hardwick were both fantastic as was the form of McEvoy. Great to see Roughy having more of an impact too. Hodgey also brilliant, vindicating the decision to offer him another year as he's looked good this year.
