i don't think any crow supporter should be talking about 14 mil or really 18 mil port got when trigg announced during the week that crows never payed a cent for renting aami which was worth 2 mil a year they had a free 40 year lease on the place. That's a 46 mil hand out they have got since joining the comp, something port never got. Hence why on projected money why there is a big difference on who will get allot more out of adelaide oval and why adelaide need to pay allot more for there licence. TALK ABOUT MASSIVE HANDOUTS.
If you really want to go down this pathetic path.
Adelaide on average paid $200,000 more per home game to the SANFL than Port. Throw in the massive caveats on our license when it came to the club having their own licensed premises etc which cost the club endless amounts of off field revenue etc. Now throw in how much more we are paying for our license than Port.
Port have had such a leg up over us it isn't funny, $2,000,000 less per year than us that Port paid to the SANFL in stadium returns. All the revenue taken at the Port club etc which we haven't been allowed to have by the SANFL. Take all that into account and Port's bottom line has most probably been about 4-5 million a year better than ours due to the uneven playing field.
So next time you try and use simpleton logic to come up with a ridiculous theory actually put some semblance of throught into what you're trying to claim.
