Well, my point is your team reeks, I mean you guys stink. So maybe you're not the right guy to have a crack here?

Sure no one is scared of us, and no one is scared of Carlton either and you know it. Go ahead and start a thread let's see how that goes.

Face it, like us, no one respects your mob and hasn't for over 2 decades.

Gone are the days when you could cheat your way to success. I don't see that changing anytime soon with your aging list.
Two decades vs an eternity (with just a blip of light that soon faded) is not comparable.

I fear Carlton much more because of their history of sucess…. They are a sleeping giant.

It’s like fearing Liechtenstein over India if a war broke out….

There's actually a lot of fear showing through in here, especially from Blooze supporters. Like a lot a lot. And the departure of Lethlean is just another milestone on the road to Flag.
They know you're coming.

They will need nappies to catch all the fear wee if they get you guys in a final.

I think some Carlton supporters just find StKilda supporters particularly triggering.
The attachment to a fundamental lie causing those to over compensate in classic ego-protective behaviours.
Given it's not all Carlton supporters that exhibit this behavior, the fundamental driver is still a disconnect in one's own perception of thier placement in the cognitive reasoning spectrum, typically personified in reactionary or juvenile characteristics and an over investment in one's own opinions.
Unfortunately there is no known remedy for those who have plateaued below the developmental mean average, however the upshot is they are usually unaware and often happier than those sitting higher in the spectrum.
Knowing at an intuitive level their club had cheated its way to their increasingly historical success, and is still mired in the same toxic executive culture that has kept it irrelevant since anti-cheating measures were introduced. Having enough experience to recognize their current coach and squad will not deliver a flag, whilst it's a matter of time till the next poor showing precipitates another coup followed by another coach sacking and rebuild.
Seeing their club now stuck in the same self sabotaging cycle that afflicted StKilda for so long would be torturous.

There's no point pitying these lower spectrum types. We just learn to accept that flies are part and parcel of any good barbecue and do our best to converse with other adults.

Can't help but laugh at this thread title and the OP if he was serious lol. But I recon there's alot of people interested in how the saints go this year. Ross the boss' legacy is on the line. If he can take the saints to a flag his story is pretty much complete. Plus obv ending the drought. But the list isn't good enough. If they have the players they're all too young. By the time the younger ones are ready the top half will be too old and retiring. In the next 3 years they need a couple of big name recruits. Otherwise it's not happening. Could get a finals win but not a flag

OP was clearly drunk. I have to believe that

I love how articulately this is written, especially in the pot calling the kettle black way. In reality, Carlton and the Saints dominate this competition. We’re each others ying and yang. We are your ying to flags as you are our yang to wooden spoons.
Between us we’ve won 17 flags and 32 wooden spoons. Name me two other teams that can lay claim to that.
