In the grand scheme of things, security is easy if you're building your own place, you can have all the cameras you want, where ever you want along with motion detectors if you really want them.

You talk about minimising risk in your first sentence and then in the 2nd last you're talking about Puckapunyal. How do you get them there from the international airport in Melbourne? Bus them is my guess, so now you've introduced the risk of the bus trip from the airport 100km up the Hume. Where do they sleep at Puckapunyal? It would be in tents, what ablutions do they use, does each tent have an ensuite?

You're turning it from a pretty simple exercise at Avalon where they can fly straight in and they stay there to one that involves a lot more moving parts.

Yes there are a lot of details that will have to be fleshed out, staffing being the main one, but the major infrastructure is already in place.

When you go to the ScoMo thread, you don't see anyone getting upset about mistreatment of ScoMo by the media or antagonists posting on social media. Same goes for the Trump thread. It's rather unique in Australian politics to see a brigade of people who defend a politician in the way they do with Dan, and I can't say I'm a fan of it.

It’s not as prevalent now as the band of Dan supporters continues to dwindle, but it always amazed and pissed me off when you got blow ins from other states out enjoying their freedoms whilst Victoria was locked up, coming in here telling Victorians to suck it up and Dan is doing a great job.
