Off the top of my head none really stand out, Burns (I realise he's not in the side) took one at the MCG two summers ago off Siddle (Blackwood was the batsman) but in Burns' defence he wasn't celebrating like he'd caught a Super Bowl winning touchdown - his teammates were.
My point isn't about the current side, it's about this particular poster who loves to cast players in a certain light based purely on speculation (I mean really, you KNOW that Vijay thought 'I'll fool the cameras and get away with this' rather than legitimately thinking he'd taken the catch? Seriously.) he does it when it suits him, holds his own team's players up as beacons of sportsmanship and can't accept when proof is given that things weren't as rosy as he likes to make out.

Fwiw I think a lot of Australia's behaviour has improved out of sight. Garbage like Wade's farcically Saturday-night-at-the-pub 'come up here and say it' effort yesterday notwithstanding, I think they've improved their image a lot.
A lot of words to say nothing here(as usual). Wade stood up to "flog in waiting" Jadeja, and good on him. Of course you'll defend Jadeja blah, blah. Australia's improved it's image, India's has gone 1000 miles backwards in this series. But you'll defend them blah, blah

they all need to watch your live concerts:thumbsu:

Sad end to a great series from an Aussie point of view. Whilst there was a lot of good things to come from the series, we still haven't changed our ability to win the big moments. for a number of years we have done well across matches, 'won' a lot of sessions, but regularly fail to win big moments. Last test prime example. 1/130 odd, and looking good , established bats at the crease. Just scrape to 300 when we needed 400+. We have than 6 down, still 50+ runs behind, end up 32 runs behind them on first innings.
Second test, we roll them cheaply, but again fail to take the initiative when we bat, then collapse on the last day.

It's been a consistant problem for years and something we have to remedy soon. We have the talent in guys like Smith, Hazelwood, Starc, Cummins, Warner, we have two good quality young players in Renshaw and Handscomb, and maybe, just maybe a guy like Maxwell could become our number 6.

Just need to find the way to get more of these guys to win the big moments

Where did I defend Jadeja? Pity Wade didn't stand up to him with the bat.

F*** off and wank into a sock.

Nar that sounds like you, Australians = racist and arrogant Indians = Delightful gentlemen.

Where did I say that? In the multitude of posts I've made saying I despise the Indian team? They've got nearly as many bell ends as the Australians do. I've also never levelled accusations of racism you absolute pelican.

Gimme a spell.

Actually for first test, kohli blamed the batting and not the pitch. Just check out the post match conference. I can even give you the espncricinfo link for that. Would you like to see it ?
And for third test, he said toss was important, but didn't tell it cost him the victory.
And for false accusations, again you guys deny what smith did was wrong ? If he had made false accusation, then icc would have took action against him. And kohli never said cheaters. A reporter said it and kohli said ' you said that, not me'. Now you will say icc=bcci. Right ?

And smith told vijay as fcuking cheat. He accused vijay of cheating. Vijay claimed a catch which he thought was out and went to dressing room as he had to come out to bat first and he was certain it was out.. There is no cheating involved. Ofcourse, it's Indian who did it, so he is a cheat. And when Ponting did it, that was fine then ?

Give us a spell champ. Vijay fcukin cheated. Suck it up and get over it.

India were just better for longer than us.

We had some fantastic sessions through the series but never managed to land a knockout blow after pune.

Lyon took the best ever innings figures by a visiting bowler and we lost the second test.

Our batting is still very frail and it ultimately cost us the series. The bowlers couldnt have done a lot more imo.

Indias batting was much more consistent and the workload spread more evenly.

We were Smith or bust whereas India had enough to get there even with Kohli not firing a shot on the field.

I think we will rue this series as a missed opportunity for many years to come.

"You cheat!"
"No, you cheat, you cheat!"
"Now you're being ungentlemanly, you fvcking cheat!"

Gimme a break. A bunch of whining bitches on both sides.

Exactly.

Frustrating thing is, it's drawing attention from a great series. Australia played very well in patches, as did India.
We saw some great bowling from jadeja, SOK, Lyon, yadev, Cummins, ashwin and hazelwood. All had big innings at different times, sadly the Indians more consistent across the 4tests.
Th batting was difficult for all batsman, but smith, rahane, pujara etc all had great series. The Aussies got good innings from renshaw, maxwell, handscombe, marsh at times, but not enough.
Let's leave the petty shit alone and enjoy the cricket
