Wish they'd dispense of Prior, pick Buttler and bring Borthwick in as their frontline spinner.

Glad Stokes is back in, he was fantastic to watch last summer.

Hopefully England can knock a few over in the first couple of hours, middle session could be ugly otherwise.

its already getting ugly judging by Jimmys first 2 overs .

Reckon he's winding down? Wasn't the same last summer, just doesn't have the arrogance or consistency anymore.

So many wide, lengthy deliveries.

Something went pear-shaped after Lords 2nd test and since then he hasnt been good. Maybe his time is over !!
Possibly. He's still showing these small flashes of brilliance, though. Something for the selectors to think about, I guess. His knowledge is invaluable for the likes of Stokes, Broad, etc.

Love watching Pujara bat. So much patience.
He's just such a refined bat, too. It'd be an insult to call him a grinder, when he opens up the face it's a great sight.

Looking forward to seeing the Indian middle order this summer, as much as I enjoyed watching us trounce them in 2011/12, it'll be interesting to see how the new line-up performs on Aussie soil. Vijay and Dhawan I don't care much for, but it gets very interesting once a wicket falls.

I really like the look of them, look like they've got batting talent to burn

It does reek of English cautiousness the pitch, but I can understand not wanting sides to be rolled for 150-200 and have the test over in 3 days.

I do enjoy test cricket more when the going is tougher with the bat though, I hope it's not too much of a runfest.

Nice cut from Pujara, looking solid
