Is It Time For Tough Decisions?

I think we may have to bite the bullet and trade certain players.We haven't really drafted well in the last few years and it might bite us real hard in the next couple of years.We drafted players with poor kicking or with a injury concern.

I think it may be time to make some real tough decision.We may need to trade Jarrad Waite to the Gold Coast for a early pick.This is hard as he is a father and son player but unfortunately he has never been the player we wished.

I always hoped he would be near as good as Matthew Pavlish.I don't think it should stop at one player.I would think they need to trade Andrew Carrazoo especially.I know his a ball magnet and Carlton through and through but we need to play Yarran in the middle and bring another kid in the draft who can kick who is quick.

We can have a midfield of Gibbs,Murphy,Yarran,Lucas,Robinson,Simpson,Russell,Judd and next year pick.The other 2 to be traded would be Bret Thornton and Andrew Walker for some good extra picks if possible.We can cover their loss by backing players like Davies and Austin and just giving them a run.The eagles and Collingwood were good in backing players even when they not ready.

Why do people think i think Waite,Thornton and Etc are duds because i have them in a discussion on trade but they also have flaws in their game.I have them all here for a reason they have some currency to get what is needed young players with speed and some good skills.Thornton is one of my favorite players for years but has he played his best already.Do we really miss him when he isn't in the 22 now?

OK Hughes could have backed a good one or screwed it up its a 50/50 chance.The Tough Decisions is just a look at our list.I only want too see us get the best deal if possible and have the best chance for success.

We have to look at the longer picture and sometimes good players need to go to get something we need more of.

I hated the Fevola deal but we have A young key Position player in Henderson. He is the best on the list by far,Austin has stalled so far.We also got a handy midfield in Lucas who could do what Wiggins was suppose to do but had a injury career.
