Isn't it bipartisan policy to support the 2 state solution?Evidently the hysterical reaction by Albo isnt enough. Presumably even the more extreme over-reactions by Dutton and Skynews isnt enough either.

Dutton policy is to divide and inflame.Isn't it bipartisan policy to support the 2 state solution?
Bizarre reporting of that story lol, they've captured the world's mediaThe stories out of Amsterdam and how everyone around the world fell over themselves to say the word Pogrom only to not bother to walk it back when it turned out the so-called victims were actually the perpetrators.
The lie travelled round the world twice before the truth even got out of bed.
Complaining about a "pogrom", while committing genocide. Truly shameless. Giving Trump lessons in shamelessness.
The bipartisan rhetoric of the political establishment to conflate opposition to genocide with anti-Semitism is creating the conditions for genuine anti-Semites to commit acts of terror.Dutton and Albanese's policy is to divide and inflame.
I put them as mostly responsible for the arson attack as they constantly refers to the Jewish community in relation to gaza. NJs like these arsonists seemingly can't separate the two.
The attack on the synagogue in Melbourne yesterday is abhorrent, but Netanyahu can piss off with his linking of it to our country's international stance on Palestine.
Concentrate on your own shit contribution to the world mate. Not in any position to criticise other leaders.

Do we know anything about who did the attack yet?
Anything less than affording Israel carte blanche to do whatever they want is antisemiticAnd hiding behind criticism of Israel being antisemetic. He can **** right off.
What a load of shit. If we were an antisemtic society, synagogues would have been burnt down repeatedly prior to the genocide.Jillian Segal, the Australian government’s Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism described the synagogue attack as proof of what happens when hate mixed with ignorance is let off the leash - “We have gone from weekly demonstrations morphing into antisemitism to demonstrations outside a synagogue in Victoria, to the daubing of cars in Wollahra with “**** Israel”. The next step is actually lighting up a synagogue. The cause is antisemitism which is hatred of Jews. That is the cause and that is what we haven’t been calling out and stopping in this country.”
‘An act of hate’: Counter-terrorism police to investigate synagogue firebombing
The attack – widely condemned as an act of antisemitism – caused extensive damage, gutting the building and leaving charred ruins, a tangle of wiring and a collapsed roof.www.theage.com.au

agreed. If Albanese were to publicly respond with "F^%$ Off" he'd probably cement his re-election.
There's little doubt that brutality by a section of a cultural group increases dislike, distrust or hatred of that cultural group and also increases the prevalence of thoughts turning into words and actions. We see it after brutality from Islamic groups and after brutality from the IDF.Jillian Segal, the Australian government’s Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism described the synagogue attack as proof of what happens when hate mixed with ignorance is let off the leash - “We have gone from weekly demonstrations morphing into antisemitism to demonstrations outside a synagogue in Victoria, to the daubing of cars in Wollahra with “**** Israel”. “If we were an antisemitic society”? The horse has bolted. Antisemitism is clearly on the rise. Attacks on Jews in Melbourne have risen. Why? Because the people perpetrating the hate crimes have become emboldened. Why? Read what Jillian Segal says…What a load of shit. If we were an antisemtic society, synagogues would have been burnt down repeatedly prior to the genocide.
Israel commits war crimes, politicians conflate Israel with judaism.

There's also little doubt that Israel and supporters use the very real concept of antisemitism as propaganda to defend against very valid crisicism of the Israeli government's actions. This actually increases genuine antisemetic thoughts and actions as it enables criticism of ideas that are attacking a cultural group to be easily dismissed as Israeli propaganda.
In terms of cause an effect. Trying to blame the destruction of a synagogue on war protests is hiding the real cause: Pre-existing anti-Semitism fuelled by a barbaric massacre being run by a Jewish government.
If you want to reduce anti-Semitism, become an anti-war protestor. Bibi's war has inevitably caused the rise in and acceptance of anti-Semitism. It's a bonanza for neo-Nazis.

it would be best if you distinguished between antisemitism and criticism of the israeli regime's occupation and genocide. it would also be helpful if more jews were prepared to speak out against the occupation and genocide like antony loewenstein, louise adler, josh bornstein, etc., but sadly and disgracefully, the powerful and influential zionist propaganda machine exacts a price for that.
It's not that simple a divide. Israeli propagandists will falsely claim that all criticism of the war is mutually dependent on antisemitism. Many others will falsely claim that all criticism of Israel's war is mutually independent of antisemitism. But it's more of a Venn diagram than that. An anti war rally contains heaps who are solely protesting against a government's war, but it does also contain the weird versions of the Australian flag favoured by neo-nazi groups, as well as the drive them into the sea beliefs of some Islamic groups and regardless of your views of a two state solution, there is a lot of river to the sea chanting that goes on.
Some criticism of Israel's war is laced with anti-Semitism and some isn't. There does however tend to be a greater tolerance for anti-Semitism as you're on the same side for this issue and discriminatory thinking can br contagious.
A common enemy creates strange bedfellows - just as Iranian liberal intellectuals stood side by side with religious fanatics when they overthrew the Shah together.

and let’s not forget the corruption allegations.
