Yes Mark me being opposed to your rubbish makes me responsible for all the deaths in Gaza... It's like I've pulled the trigger.

did see the part where the various local organisations recruiting IDF truncheon practitioners and snipers, are actually breaking the criminal code. That while it is legal for people to volunteer for overseas wars, it is illegal to recruit. Not that mark Dreyfus will enforce that.

Yes Mark. Our attorney general is Jewish. If someone who isn't Jewish and probably isn't a lawyer gives there interpretation of the law on a YouTube video and it differs to an interpretation coming out of the attorney general's office, we should automatically assume a Jewish conspiracy - particularly before the case has been tested to know what the AG offices interpretation of the law is.

Didn't you already tell us that his real home is Israel, because, well, he's J...

I'm not talking about word perfection. I'm talking about the blatant pushing of the conspiracy theory of Jews being an insidious group that controls everything. We've seen this conspiracy theory before. It died down for a long time but it's returning and being pushed more and more brazenly. I'd be shitting myself if I was Jewish, despite it not having had big ramifications yet in Australia.

And yes Israeli actions and using calls of anti Semitiism as a cover to try to dodge criticism is helping it return. But unlike the criticism of Israel, the conspiracy theory is actually antisemitic. It's the cornerstone of genuine anti-Semitism.

I agree with you about demands from politicians to label it as a terrorist attack. I think it's a disgrace. (Severity of the act though is not my issue with it. The burning of a synagogue or mosque or church is severe enough if the intention of terrorism was there)

Insistence on it being called a terrorist attack before an investigation, without a doubt results in the police being pressured to politicise their judgement. And it's not just semantics. Once the police have enough evidence to suspect it's a politically motivated terrorist act, it passes to an investigation with far greater investigative powers and far greater powers of detention.

Politicians make laws but they sure as hell shouldn't be sticking their nose into enforcing laws, particularly when it's so clearly for political purposes, which is what has happened here.
I haven’t seen anyone on here say that Jews are an insidious group that control everything. Most of the criticism is towards Israel and those that suck on Israel’s teet.

1000 men who should have their australian citizenship withdrawn ....

Sure, I get it.
They need to go back to their homeland, from which they escaped from and have since enjoyed a great life in Australia, in order to kill women and children hiding in hospitals and school houses in Gaza.

I must have missed those lessons at school in Australia though.
About the need to kill innocent people for my religion.

I'm not sure that the 1000 were ex-israeli. They could just be sons of jewish australians who can become automatic israeli citizens under the Israeli basic law. I presume that while that some of them might be early 20s, that they have all been to israel before previously, because of the strong ties jewish people have with israel. It's different to someone like me who has irish and italian roots, but I would never fight for either country....of course I wouldnt. I'm an australian...

My family is from India. They fought alongside the British to defeat the Japanese in World War II, but fled the country when the religious bloodshed occurred between the Hindu's and Muslim's.
For me to go back to India now and fight for either side, I just wouldn't do it.

I can understand that. My family came here for economic reasons. They never went back, although they didnt have the money in those days. Whether immigrants holiday back in their original country or not, they become australians. I bet you support india in the cricket. I'd support australia if i emigrated to India. Old habits die hard. It wouldnt mean that I wanted to fight for Australia after I left.

I was born in Australia and grew up an Aussie.
Hate the Poms in cricket, that's a given.
Always loved the underdog, like India.
That's not the case anymore.
