Ivan Solvol
I thought he was the better ruck of the two prior to his injury. Also thought his effort was good in most matches. Was surprised to see Sweet step up like he did but was rapt. Agree that we compare performance to previous years where our rucks were terrible..Keeping Soldo is a good move imo.
He was the #1 tap to advantage ruck in the entire league IIRC prior to his knee injury. Not saying he's the #1 ruck coming into next season, but he is valuable depth at the very least.
I didn't think Sweet was as amazing as others claimed this year (my personal thoughts is many people overrated his performances due to how bad the ruck play has been at our Club for quite a few years), so I won't be surprised if Ivan gets a solid run at it again next year provided he stays healthy.

The problem I have with Soldo is from the outside it looks like he's disrespected the club with the social media crap I've seen. And his girlfriend, good luck with that.
That solvol add from the mid 70's which had the punchline `wash your hands Gloria' could be fairly apt for the bloke.Wash your haaaands, Eyevarn.
I thought it was Geoffrey, or maybe there were two versions. That solvol add from the mid 70's which had the punchline `wash your hands Gloria' could be fairly apt for the bloke.

There was a radio version and a tv version of that ad so they may have been slightly different, but now you have mentioned it `Wash your hands Geoffrey' does ring a bell.I thought it was Geoffrey, or maybe there were two versions.
Saw the draft of Koch's speech and Hinkley's "I'm not going anywhere" cummerbund and decided to self-actualise unlike every other poor bastard that had to sit through it.May have a legitimate reason for missing the B&F
