Thats a case of required for the situation though. By traditional protocol . If Adern did all those speaches from within a mosque then maybe it would have been suitible, but i somehow doubt that, and that would be innaproppriate to hold those there anyway.

Im agnostic, but I bow my head and close my eyes during prayer at a funeral. I also dont wear thongs and shorts when visiting temples overseas, and dress modestly.

Not because I believe in the God, but because I'm not a dickhead and believe in being respectful towards other peoples beliefs and showing solidarity.

Dressing in a manner generally thought of as respectful for the country she was in, and indeed acting as prime minister of, would have enough I'd have thought. But hey what do I know, im dealing with geniuses here apparently.

Why would she change from a position she's held since becoming PM?

Like any true progressive, she believes immigration should be needs based rather than an economic ponzi scheme like we're running.

Of course that means she wants more refugees.
