What paperwork? I got my booster on Sunday and was able to update my certificate in the app during my 15min post-vax wait.

I guess the AFL might want to double check it considering the spotlight on this one, but would be awesome if he could be back from tomorrow.

Yep it was. I think my original (double vax) certificate took 24 hours as it was with a GP.

GP also didn't give me 5 free RAT tests like the state clinic did (although that did seem an odd admission about their concern around the efficacy of the booster )

The club isn’t going to say anything definitive one way or the other until he’s either received two doses and is allowed to return or he advises them that he is not going to have any vaccination full stop ruling out any chance he’ll play again until the mandates are removed

Just like the Rioli issue or any number of contract negotiations they don’t speculate publicly

Also, Darling has been tight lipped as well with the exception of that rather odd Instagram post so I’m curious as to how anyone in the media would have a clue what he’s thinking

I’ll believe he’s vaccinated the day he walks back into the club should that ever occur

Given all the apparent false starts with the first dose maybe he wasn’t sure he would get the second dose (wanted to see how he felt afterwards) and didn’t want to get anyone’s hopes up until it was a done deal?

Or, maybe he did and the club kept it private because.... well it is private.


I reckon any healing will take a couple of days. Dom Sheed alluded that players didn't have an issue with him, so it may be difficult with the back office but I'm sure they can work it out.
