You lost more than you gained at trade/draft time (time will tell on Bradley) and you haven't threatened to finish top 4 for at least two years...not saying that my club has either but you have to be realistic and not so arrogant for a change.

pick 60 we wouldn't have used, so we took an educated punt on Allan

Mcgrath is soft, Murphy is too but has more ability in his toe than Mcgrath does in his whole body just needs motivation

Jacobs no more than a good HB flanker for 2 ten year players in Bradley and Alvey

get a clue We were one win away from top4 this year and will be top4 in 2004.

-Alvey is a hack, he'll be delisted in 2 years.
-Allan will only play about 5 games for your club
-Murphy will never be motivated - ask Richmond, Carlton, Geelong and then ask Carlton again
-Jacobs IS a good player...a James Hird in the making - much better than Bolton.

You WILL NOT end up anywhere near top 4, probably struggle to make the 8. Here are the clubs who will finish above you-

Adel
Syd
Haw
Freo
StK
WCE
Rich
Melb
