That coming from a low life cow barracker is a bit rich. And it is actually Port Adelaide not Port Power as you wrongly put it. What is the true name of Adelaide? Adelaide Camry Crows or Adelaide Crows or Adelaide Crows Football Club. They have so many different names it gets rather confusing.

When Freo poached him from Port he was at the top of his game.
Premiership player.... vice captain.... one of our toughest players and leaders.
But since joining Freo everyone would have to admit he's gone a million miles backwards. So does that mean that as a player is no good anymore??? Or is it Freo's culture is no good and didnt suit him?
Time will tell! If Port can get him playing good footy again, i would suggest it is a sign of Freo's culture.
Can any Freo supporters tell me where Carr has finished in their B&F for the past 4 years (and how many games each year he played??)
I would be interested to see how the coaches rated him.

In this instance its all Josh. Played some great game in derbys and in big games, but not consistant
Perhaps because Port already told him that they wouldn't be trading anything to get him - they would rather get him for nothing in the PSD and take their chances that no other club would want him. This would certainly be true if Port felt that Freo didn't pay enough for him when he left Port at the end of 2004 ie, its payback time for Freo.

A lot of people will disagree because of his style of play but the guy is the ultimate front runner. His only decent spell for the Dockers irnoically came at the same time we won 9 in a row and made a Prelim Final.
He always went missing when the team was struggling and never stood up when it was needed to pull us back from the brink, when the side was free wheeling and playing well then Josh was also playing well.
When the side was struggling, Josh wouldnt touch the footy or his opponent of even keep his feet.

was only half listening to the radio at the time but heard Rhode on 5AA say they will pick him up in PSD so i think he has worked it so port don't have to pay anything.

I am one freo supporter that is not overly surprised at his actions.
We knew the type of player we were getting when he took him from the power, I can't see any reason in getting angry at him.
He's niggling little mercenary who's interest in freo lasted as long as his brothers career.
The game has moved past him anyway, lets forget about him and move on.

i think he'll be a bit too worried about not being picked up in the PSD, so will sidle up to fremantle in the hopes of playing again. freo will start out saying we won't sign you, **** off, but he knows they will eventually welcome him back.

I am not so sure that Port realy wanted to trade anything for Carr as his best football is surely behind him.Picking him up in the PSD may have always been the only option?
His best football was left behind in Adelaide in the first place as he never really set the Dockers on fire and became too king hit happy as he slowed down.
Many footballers go overseas at the end of the year.No problem there.
