Yeah, that's good. As Captain Morgan said, it highlights how poorly we did with Danger, given that this feels about right value.
If the Dees do well next year we should package the future pick with our own to get one if those talented SA players.

If that's what it took to grease the wheels, who cares? In theory we should be near the top of the ladder next year so we're talking about pick 50-something to pick 70-something. At that point of the draft it's all a crap shoot anyway.

The trade becomes a slight Adelaide win as the supporters now get to death ride Melbourne all of the 2018 season.
Considering many crows fans were probably going to do this anyway, the added future first round pick is the cherry on top!

It's about pick 50-60 if we finish at the pointy end again and we won't need late draft picks when we've got first rounders!
Doubt we would have used 35 if we have 10, 16 and what ever we get for Cameron. We'd be using later picks for Edwards wouldn't we?

Draft is an absolute crap shoot come rounds 3 and 4. We don't really lose too much by doing it.

Agree but in combination, I feel like we've given 35 away. Should have got one more back.
