Hardly nuked, he's supporting two blokes who were always going to meet a stiff resistance.

No-one here defends Williams/Power other than by reference to Lethal wanting them.

No-one defends how they treated Vossy so disrespectfully.

No-one defends the humbug involved in Williams moving the motion to sack Voss and then trying to exploit public outrage about it to cement his faction's control of the board.

They are not going to get much support even though Lethal will. Realistically, that's how it was probably always going to pan out if someone dared to point out the absurdity of the situation.

Your campaign seems to be based on the fact that not renewing Vossy's contract was the wrong decision. With no insight into the football department and the advice that was given for that decision to be made (one which Leigh Matthews has indirectly said was the right one), how can you say categorically that it was the wrong decision?

Two issues: one was whether Vossy was to stay coach and the other was how he was treated on the way out.

What happened is that one faction (the Williams/Power bloc) used the outcry about it to do in the Chairman Angus clique.

That's the reality of it. That cynicism is what has appalled so many Restore the Lions' Pride members and supporters.

We have now have a new head coach and I think we need to get fully behind him and hope that Vossy one day forgives the Club. I think kicking out those who did it to him is the first step to that objective.
