Feel sorry for him, coaches have so much less influence on a footy teams performance than most acknowledge, you can only go aswell as the talent you have, unfortunately for mick there's not much infront of him. He is 100% right about the coaches being the scapegoat to relieve pressure, a different coach won't give them better players

No but at least will have a clear definition on what to do with the bal when they have it. Should they stay stationary and just hand ball to themselves until they lose it. Kick it long blindly to a 3-1 or just turn it over and not run back

Mick hamstrung the list management by acceding to his demands for a certain player, so the lack of talent is glaring, but he full on had a hand in respect to that.

Clubs need to start sacking list managers instead I guess.

I'm not sure which option any coach would suggest but none of them seem likely to lead to success
