Manchester City: Where to next?

Just 4 points from the last available 24. Same as Southampton who are on track to have the second lowest of any PL side by Christmas. Pep seems at a loss to turn it around. I can see him leaving by mutual agreement.
Making any decision on the basis of 8 games is foolish imo.

Only way imo, Pep would leave is if he thinks he's not getting what he wants from the dressing room.

And I'm pretty sure he'd make that decision before the club would.

They kept Rico Lewis who seems shit and lost Rogers and Palmer best young talent in the world. All under Pep's who seems to need the odds stacked in his favor to do anything in his career.

He prob has a personal issue with KDB coz benching him seems really stupid.
Playing KDB for 90 minutes week in week out seems stupid given his current fitness levels/injury concerns.

Not sure why you're comparing a 19 year old defender to a couple of 22 year old attacking players either.

I'm happy for him to stay. He gives us the control on the wing that neither Doku or Savinho can.

Needs to stay fit, and I'm not sure if he has the confidence of Pep any more. If he does, no need to change.

He's not been getting much game time. Only 9 games last season where he played more than 60 minutes. 6 games so far this season. De Bruyne has missed half of the last 2 seasons with injuries but he's still played a lot more than Jack.

Grealish has been injured a lot too.

Not nearly as much as KDB. 6 PL games this season. 18 in 2023/24

Jack. 5 this season. Maybe 8 in 2023/24.
12 games in 23/24 not including the games he didn't play where he was making his way back to full fitness.

Are there issues with him being on the piss? Seems to be a bit of a party animal.
I'm not sure what he's like during the season. Suspect the myth is different from reality.

Either way, if Grealish enjoying a good time was an issue we wouldn't have signed him in the first place. It was hardly a state secret.
