My Mare Loken is resuming Sunday at Sunshine Coast race 7.
She’s drawn gate 1 which is perfect as she’s just an out and out speedster who will probably lead , we get a 3KG claim as well.
She won her debut at $18 and we expect her to run top 3.
If she’s anymore than $6 or $7 I will be having a big crack at that.

My Mare Loken has drawn gate 1 today Sunny Coast race 7.
She’s nice odds at $7, may even drift.
I think the market has it wrong as Vesper Lynd is second favourite and we beat it fair and square at Kilcoy and we get an additional kilo off her again today.
The top weight from the Birchley yard apparently goes quite good but will get back and is drawn out.
Expectations are we go to the front and say catch me if you can

Sorry pal. Was busy yesterday. My info was basically what jokes were saying early that it was a soft 6. The problem with MV since Synan left is that they can't irrigate properly and it doesn't seem to matter where the rail it's predominantly been on speed and lanes 1-3. 19 of the 21 winners combined between MV and Rosehill were not wider than lane 4. MV gets its usual Reno now, but I'll be interested to see how it races in August

She gave her all and really happy with that run, I thought we were home 200 out but the favourite is quite smart.
In for a nice campaign.

The mile is probably a bit short of her best trip but double figures about Moira in the Doncaster is probably going to be a bet. Really good quality horse if she is anywhere near her best out here
