He's already here, making 300k a year, I'm not sure he would go back to play GAA for free. It it.meant so much to him, he wouldn't have left Ireland in the first place.

Yeah, no surprise & I said as much ealier in this thread.
He rushed home for family reasons not to flee the Crows & had agreed to a new deal before he left.

Still has plenty of improvement in him.
Reads the play exceptionally well & good skills. Just needs to improve his 1 on 1 as vulnerable... but we have Murray, Butts & Worrell who are better at locking down.

Was still under contract for next year +3. That is a pretty incredible deal for a player like him.

Ah the old use Collingwood to get a good deal with your current club, well played by his manager.
Probably an extra year with same yearly money from both clubs
