Why dont we get to play preseason games at KP? Usually its at some obscure ground like Bendigo, why do the suns get to play at metricon instead of a suburban ground.
Metricon is a suburban ground

We did the other year when we played Collingwood - I think they counted that as one of the big 4 Melb teams heading down the highway and because it was a pre-season match it means we can't use KP before the season proper for the next 10 years...

This is clearly an experienced club that went deep into finals, and plans to do so again this season, vs an inexperienced club that knew it's season was over by the bye, and knows it won't challenge for finals this year.
BUT.... We've been starved of AFL for a while and would actually like to see some genuine effort or progression of our game plan.
Not the same old clueless players playing awful footy....

The good news is we have given nothing away about the Cats game plan for 2020. Kept the REAL stuff under wraps.

Was just thinking that. Goes against the whole local footy feel they are obviously trying to push for the preseason. Even more baffling is that's it's a club that they are desperate to expand. Maybe no other grounds with lights in the area?
