I don't buy that at all.
Thats an individual coaching issue. We didnt have it in 2020/2021/2022 IMO.

I don't think we really had a senior player entitlement issue before Nicks.
Our culture before Nicks wasn't ruined by some made up senior player entitlement - thats a well documented culture issue.
Nicks just makes dumb decisions.
