As recently as 2019 they were knocking on the door of finals.

Doing a bit of research: "The Kangaroos have been meeting the AFL since July as part of their application for assistance to rebuild their list after winning nine of their previous 61 games over the past three seasons" (Roos seeking extra list spots as part of assistance package : end of 2022), so we'll be hitting that territory at the end of this season, so maybe we should appeal to the league (if we win another 3 games this year, and I don't see how that happens, we'd be 9 of the last 59 I think?).

WCE have lost against them the last 3 times we've played since the start of the 2021 season. Surely there's some grounds for appeal there too.

I heard we did email Gil and co. about the possibility but unfortunately it went to their spam folder.
The club has done absolutely everything in their power that they can.
