Unfortunately we haven't got numbers prior to that to see the late 2011 numbers, and I'm also not sure when memberships went on sale in 2011 - this year it was late August, which is relatively early but smartly coincided with the last game of the year at Skoda. Having said that, there was a boost around NAB Cup time and a steady increase throughout the first half of the season which is fair to expect again in 2013.

Thought they went on sale earlier than this time.
Looks the goods. It would be great if we beat all the doubters and the Suns and equal or better last years figures. Looking at it so far you would have to say the supporters of our great club understand that success and greatness is not instant and they can see the potentional in the team and love the way the club handles itself. All in all its looking like another step forward for the club and with a full off season and a year under their belt I do believe we will not be spoon holders next year. Or even close.

I'm a lifelong richmond member, just signed up for the Victorian GWS membership aswell. It was the song and the colours that got me. The victorian memberships good value, I'll get to see the four or five giants games here in melbourne, and go to six or seven other games at the MCG or Etihad. Lots of football for me this year.

I think Folau's departure might acutally help us sell memberships.
I think he always had a credibility question mark hanging over his head, and that was rubbing off on the club itself.
I reckon we'll exceed this year's membership figure easily.

I the short term I would not believe this. Perhaps interesting to see Syd v Canberra memberships again.
The renewal of memberships were 'opt-out' (which was a poor decision for them) so having a high number at this point is completely meaningless.

Ticking along nicely then with nearly 300 in the past week. That's now over half of the 2012 total locked up in early December.
I've just taken membership for next year and really look forward to seeing them when they come down to Melbourne. Just got GWS personalised number plates which I'm pretty happy about too

6,000 (+) reached today, which was the 2012 total just before round 2 of the NAB Cup. Again, they went on sale earlier this time around but it's tracking positively.
Geez we're now only 500 away from the Suns. This will come as a real surprise to alot of people.

Got my pack in the mail today - I like the look of this year's members cap. The training jumpers have a similar striping pattern and I'd almost buy one of them just for the look.
