To be fair, Woosha's game day move of note was "send Hunter up forward" so at least he was consistent.

If I was in the Redman thread I'd be quoting a different part of the article which talks about him being likely to stay, 5h from Melbourne and 4h from Adelaide in Millicent anyway, might go back to SA or over to Tassie eventually but not likely to happen soon etc etc.

But I'm in the Brad thread so mostly I'm just interested in what he has to say about the coach, the stability that Redman (and presumably other players) think he's brought to the club, and the wild assertion that Scott will take us to a flag... with the 'whenever that is' being tacked on after a loooong pause.

And all totally unprompted. No one asked him about the coach, which makes it seem like something he's particularly keen to share. Not sure if that's the media department wording him up or just him sucking up to the coach for some reason as jmoo mentioned, but as I said at the end of my post, the lid appears to be coming off internally.

Think the general view I heard was he is staying around with us for another contract and then the maybe comes in

Seems he has raised the floor of this side significantly. The baseline of this side is significantly higher even if there are still a lot of things that need fiddling with and improving.

That’s when he will hopefully raise the ceiling a little bit with a bit of targeted recruitment and a couple of absolutely brutal pre seasons.
