Yeah but you also have been known for spruiking your understanding of Hurley to Richmond, which you amended to Hurley to Collingwood which you ultimately were forced to amend to a bunch of pointless emoticons. You don't have the sources you claim, though it wouldn't surprise me if you are in possession of a raft of restraining orders.

Plenty of Essendon supportets on here dont even consider him a best 22 player, so how do you then justify a first round pick for a guy that is supposedly nothing but a depth player at Essendon?

Yeah I don't know enough about him really to make a solid guess on worth - except that at the end of the day any player is worth what someone will exchange for him, not what supporters believe. I don't know that there has been a rush of interest in Hibberd this year has there? Even when it was known or at least rumoured that he might consider a move? It would be great if he turns out well, but I suspect the market generally might not support a first round pick for him.

I'd be very surprised if only 1 club has approached his management. His market value has not yet been determined.

Can you please supply where I said Hurley was Richmond bound? (Think you are getting confused I said Prestia was Tigers bound .... long, long ago)

Can you then can you supply where I changed to Collingwood?

What has that got to do with what I was saying? It is his value we were discussing.
This is the one big thing that shits me about bigfooty. People jump in half way into a discussion between two people, and take the latest post out of context. Then you have to explain their misunderstanding to them.

I don't think Hibberd is worth a first rounder. 0 All Australians (not a requirement but it would help your claim if he was one) A year out of the game as well and he will be 27 next year. Not sure anyone would trade away a top 20 pick for him.
 
Piggy will get done quickly for a second rounder. If the Dees balk at a second rounder then he will return to Essendon. All of the posturing on here won't change any of that !

Melbournes second round pick done in the first hour please.
Melbourne overpaid on jake and will slightly underpay with pig.
I think there is a fair relationship between the two clubs.
The only spanner in the works may be Christian Salem ................

I think EFC will attempt to get something in the early 20's possibly working with a third party.

The media will run with their usual 'EFC hard to deal with' etc etc.

If pick 26 cant be improved on, they'll take 26 and move on, but I dont expect it will happen in the first week.
