I knew sausageroll was awesome but how did I not know he was THIS awesome!

Headless you should have told me, I could have been here 16 seasons ago :cautiousv1:
I thought the same thing last season.
Although I'm not sure how I would have responded to Headless 16 seasons ago

Positional Changes - Season

Tarkyn_24 was finally moved from his starting position this week, leaving me as the only Demon who has played 100% of the season in the same position.
cartwright has started on the back flank and in the rover positiion so has not played 100% of gametime in one position, but throughout her entire career she has never been moved within a game.

DERO was forced to spend more time in the back pocket this week, totally messing with his trend of playing anywhere but where he's supposed to. He's still only spent less than 1/3 of the season in his starting position so I'm sure this week was just a minor hiccup in his bolt for All-SFA.

Posts per DT point - Season to Round 5

I posted this table earlier in the season but decided it didn't really show much. Someone posting 50 posts per game and scoring 100 DT points will score 0.5 while someone posting 100 times and scoring 50 DT points will score 2.0. So anything falling within that range, or even outside that range, could be an indication of a good performer in one aspect or another.

But I've decided to post it this week to highlight the two weeks Headless has endured in order to find himself at the top of the list. He has contributed 297 posts in the past two rounds (134 + 163) and scored only 10 DT points (7 + 3). Wosh has had a similar season so far and is a very close 2nd.

Where is the justice in this game? Why does this happen to two of the most popular people to have ever played in the SFA? Why doesn't it happen to people who totally deserve this kind of treatment, like Tarkyn_24 ?

Have the notifications (prior to you posting this) only been when Marlowe has posted, out of interest?

Looks like you're following Marlowe. I've had similar issues recently where suddenly the system has decided to notify me of every single post made by somebody I follow. Unfollowing and then re-following (after unchecking the boxes you don't want) did the trick for me.
Tommycash follows me?

Posting Stats - Rd 5

It won't surprise most that the Demons had a higher percentage of total match thread posts this week than any other with 64.74%. While it would be easy to attribute this to low activity from the Swamprats, it wasn't really the case. The Demons contributed almost 300 more posts than any other round this season with 978, up from our previous high of 698 against the Bombers in Round 4. Marlowe has averaged 66 posts since his return.
Headless and Wosh led the way and Bluelegs more than doubled his previous highest post count for the season. Yakker volunteered to rotate out of the 20 this week but still contributed 45 posts, setting the example of what we hope to see when people rotate in and out of the team. moginie also contributed 43 posts after returning from his rotation through the emergencies.

The Demons might be on a losing streak but that isn't affecting the energy around the club. We had 21 posters active for the second week in a row and are now averaging 19.4 posters per week this season.
We had 16 posters hit double figures this week with 14 of us posting more than 30 times and 7 contributing more then 50 times. Amazing work from all. This level of activity shows we're all having fun regardless of the match results. Keep it up everyone!

We have the bye this week before meeting the Phoenix in Round 7. It's a chance to take a week off the posting and get ready for that match, or maybe spend the week trash talking them or anyone else you feel like having a crack at. Either way, enjoy the break from losing.

Edited to mention Marlowe who is averaging 66 posts per game over the past two weeks, adding serious quality depth to our match threads.

Just as we all predicted before the season started.

It's also 66.5 to be exact. Almost 66.6. That's the devil's number, and I'm here to do the devil's business.

Oh, I mean. Demon's business. :straining:

If you post 67 times against the Phoenix you'll be averaging 66.6 over the three weeks*

*If we break the usual rules and round down

If he posts 67 times against the Phoenix he’ll be traumatised permanently.

This needs to happen
I’ll threadban Marlowe at 67 posts :sneaky:

Post of the season imo.

Big self criticism now for not including cooney in this week's OP match thread story. But FFS I'd stretched it already with too many tatty Dees.
Omg no one cares
