Posting Stats - Rd 13

Apologies for the delay on posting stats for Round 13. I took full advantage of the bye to take the week off completely.

The Demons had a fairly big week of posting against the Demons. It was the most active we've been since Round 5. Once agsin, we had 23 active posters and contributed almost 55% of all posts in the thread. This is not including the 22 posts from Greenery who would be 12th highest match thread poster for the club if he was still a Demon. Keep up the great work Greenery.

Callums_Guns has made an immediate impact after returning to the club, joining Wosh at the top of the posting numbers and it was great to see Headless and Marlowe post their highest numbers since Round 4. Yakker also had his biggest week in the last month.
Bluelegs , PMBangers , DERO and DemonJim are all still posting every week but are a little down on their activity from earlier in the season.

The Demons also welcomed Johnny Karate to the club this week. We're looking forward to him getting stuck into the Baghdad Bombers this week. Carn the Bombers.

DT Stats - Rd 13

Warm conditions again! That is now five weeks in a row. We're slowly getting used to these conditions though, gradually improving our team DT numbers over the past month. We scored 1000 for the second time in the heat, achieving a high in these conditions of 1012.

Tarkyn_24 led the Demons again, while cartwright bounced back from her worts game of ths season against the Warriors ending just two points behind Tarks.
Bluelegs had his best game in a month and Wosh continued her great form at full forward with 8 goals in her 77 DT points.

The Demons had several others finish in the 70s, highlighting the team effort that went into getting a draw against a team that is sitting just outside the top 4 on win %.

With the Demons numbers steadily improving, a win againt the Bombers in Round 15 is well and truly on the cards. It won't happen though.

Starting Positions - after Round 13

The big change for Round was the move of Yakker from left forward pocket to right forward pocket. manangatang moved from the interchange to the forward pocket Yak had been in and cats2rise came back into the side for Proper Gander after taking his turn in the rotations.
14 Demons have spent time in the emergancies in support of the team rotations this season.

mang has now played midfield, forward, interchange and emergency and is only missing key forward to match Wosh's versatility.

This week will see at least one change as Johnny Karate comes into the line-up. The main interest will be in the position he starts in. I expect there will be another shuffle of positions in order to give the Cobra Kai legend a chance to shine.
