Using the words Kardina Park and Oval in the same sentence is an oxymoron.Haha yeah. Can we fit a Kardinia park sized oval? Could help us with 4 more points.

A very painful one!Kardinia Park is shaped like a turd
What competitive advantages are brought about by the facilities?
Extremely naive point of view. The difficulty with the MCG is its width. The difficulty with Kardinia park is its lack of width. Results at both venues support the fact it is difficult for visiting teams to adapt.
Subiaco used to be a problem because of its length. SCG for its lack of length. Same thing.
I think they should increase the size of the existing oval actually but they seem intent on replicating AO with that one.
Two ovals of slightly different size aren’t really goin make much difference, imo you need the whole grandstand/fences for it to feel similar to what you’re trying to emulate.
Moving a boundary out 5m won’t make a difference imo.
Too soonTaking up goal umpiring, I believe
I always found a tree to hide behindOr just build the oval around the trees like this oval in England used to have

The tree is still there, after a while they redeveloped the oval and moved the boundary so it's outside.Or just build the oval around the trees like this oval in England used to have

So tassie getting 2x mcg sized grounds at their training base.
They're French? That explains it.Have been staying around the corner from Kings Reserve and been for a walk there every morning. I am yet to see a SINGLE other person on the Oval…even people walking next to the Oval have been few and far between. The gaul of the NIMBYs against this project is truly breathtaking…

Now this is great creative thinking .....pity some other sporting organisations couldn't get creative, instead of treading the same old development path .....BORING !

That looks like Western United’s home ground.Where is that?
I know Melb Victory wanted to build a base in Footscray Park but it got knocked back because, unlike Kings Reserve, lots of people use Footscray Park all the time
