Oh my god. How dare they chop down some 30 year old trees

This is the most Adelaide thing I think I've ever heard

Coober Pedy you say ..

Went on a road trip up north with the old man when i was 15 and we spent a couple of nights with 1 of his dodgy mates there.

Turned out Oodnadatta had come down for a game of footy, and the old man volunteered me up as sacrifice

The oval was inside the racetrack and gravel

They threw me on the ball :thumbsu:

Oodnadatta was entirely indig chaps. Coober Pedy were mostly useless, uncoordinated, slow fat ****s who had an uncanny abilility to handball just behind you

I got my first experience of the squirrel grip. Finished up with bark missing off of every limb, much to dad's amusement. He was even good enough to critique my game for a few days afterwards

Most of it had healed before we got home to mum :p

Still in awe of the skill of some the Oodnadatta players. Half of them played bare footed wearing jeans.

And yes, Oodnadatta won. Though not by much

How do people feel about the crows logo? Would you like to see a new one on the new facilities? Obv bigger fish to fry but I know it's not popular over on the FJGD board.
90+% of Adelaide fans hate it. And yes we do

Expectation is it'll change with the move. No idea what we'll be getting though

I can't believe anyone thinks there is a commercial upside in buying high cost inner city land, and only developing a percentage of it because you need enough space for two full-sized ovals.

Gross development value of the land remains the same regardless of how much you choose to develop

So you’re paying for 100% of the value and only realising say 20%

No commercial development model works like that.

Only in Wayne’s world

Incorrect ...yet again, model works fine .....look at Golf Clubs estates

Have a closer think about it

Just Wayne doing Wayne things
Seems others view the concept in a similar vein to me .....I think you're stuck in a paradigm .....gotta think laterally

AFL initiative ...it's the supermarket concept of using existing traffic to tack on additional sales opportunities .....particularly to capture the tourist $$

What’s that got to do with what the Crows have been trying to put together?
