Maybe the AFL are the people that are holding this up?

Possibly, but this campaign started in 2013, had they given it serious thought back then, we could have had it put through by now, and be running out in the wings in 2015. The club even admitted that they didn't respond to it quick enough, and missed the deadline, that's why even if it goes ahead, we still have to wait until 2016, much like Brisbane did last year.

We seme to be slow with this sort of stuff, I mean we would have to be one of the only clubs to not have released our 2015 gear, even though we've seen guys wearing new stuff at training, and our guernseys will be the same as last year, yet we still are only getting the new template on the retails now.

Why does the home have writing on the back of the collar while the clash doesn't?

Well, we are all the way over on the other side of the country. :drunk: ;)

While we would all agree the return of the traditional Lions jumper is a plus, their training apparel looks bloody awful. If anything, they've gone further down the paddle pop route there enlarging the head in a gradient style design.

Yuck.

The enlarged logo and colourful gradient style is just that - a style. It might not be popular with design enthusiasts such as us on here, but I can guarantee you that that style would appeal to a large market of people that like the look, that think it's cool. I personally think it's pretty neat.

Besides, it's a training jumper. Training jumpers are basically the realm of obnoxious designs that wouldn't fly in the premiership season. Like this one. So it's okay.

You might just be the ONLY person in the world to believe that.
I don't think so. Like I said above, people have different preferences, particularly for the lay fan who has no attachment to Fitzroy, and Brisbane are catering to that. If people want Fitzroy related stuff they can buy the guernseys.

View attachment 95237 View attachment 95238 so i personally bebelieve thei snglets look great but the jerseys look so bad in person
Why do you reckon the jerseys [sic] look bad, mate?

in person they look really dull and not very bright like it does in the photo

SO are St Kilda going to be charging full price for their gear this year if it's exactly the same as 2014, Still ruined by the horrid yellow Ledified sponser and the home jumper still dogged by unneeded black stitching and black being more like grey....Any word on the Saint releasing anything new at all?

The club totally didn't reply to my tweet at them about it...so I have no idea. As far as the home jumper goes, there might be some slight stitching changes on the ISC template, and they may or may not change (again) where the logo and the sponsor are placed. We've got a pretty solid track record of changing the clash jumper regularly though.

At Kilda will release their 2015 gear soon. They've been kind of slow for the last few years.

The yellow is alright, remember, once upon a time that it was on of St Kildas colours after all.

The stitching is part of the template. Not much anyone can do seeing as all ISC clubs have it.

As for anything new, I'd say that there'll be a new NZ/ANZAC and Indigenous jumper but they'll be released further into 2015
