This is the new UmpireAFL kit, to replace the orange and green shirts
So instead of your local under 15s league having to source their own uniforms, they can use the AFL's source, and wear a consistent design of uniform as all Aussie Rules umpires. Bit like you can always pick an American Football referee from the shirt, in college games, junior games, or the NFL.
