Lions looks better to me, the colours are more vibrant. Now if they use a more purple maroon than the gross brown one they were using on classic for the home jumper, I'll be happy.

I'm going to go against the grain here and say that gold cuffs on the away look nicer aesthetically honestly but really push the Guernsey into being the same colours as the Crows.
Oh well, the Crows joined the AFL using the colours blue, red and gold despite Fitzroy wearing blue, red and gold, and then some moron decided to let Gold Coast do the same in 2011

I'd rather they use the more brown maroon. Keeps the Bears fans somewhat happy...ish

I'm really hoping that away jumper is just a prototype. I'm a bit sad because I was initially excited about New Balance but that Macca's logo on the jumper looks shit

I've mostly just skimmed this thread for images, so apologies if this has already been covered, but looks like Red Rooster will be St Kilda's shorts sponsor and will not appear on the guernsey, going by the training kit.

I can't remember the last time we had new training kit ready to go on day 1 of the preseason. Is there anything Ross Lyon can't do?

Win a premiership

Looks like Emirates might be ditching the red logo for 2023? Hopefully it’s a black banner around the Emirates logo just what wipe of 5 was back in the day
I prefer to remove the Red background of the KFC on the back of the jumpers. There’s too much red going on and the KFC lettering would pop more than the Emirates lettering without the red

This collar sponsor stuff is really getting to me, I just hate it so much. The above the number ones are bad enough, this is just too far now. One of the many things the NFL and NBA do well is the players jerseys (hate the word jersey, but that’s what they are over there) NFL have no sponsors at all on them. Just the numbers, small team logo, and the Nike symbol, that’s it. NBA have one tiny sponsor, more often than not just a price of text, colour coded to team colours, bit like the first back of jumper sponsors we had in 94 across the league. AFL is heading down billboard territory, and it’s disgusting.

Could not agree more with everything you’ve said here. Clubs are getting closer and closer to caring more about the money, than the designs of the jumpers they wear. It’s a damn shame to say the least…

It was always going to get to this point, but covid allowed them to skip a few steps and maybe a decade of building up to this point, and it's just taking the piss
