The red panel actually covers the shoulder, the panels appear to be more equal in size, the new sponsor logo fits in OK and the 150th logo looks better than expected, especially in the box. Not crazy about the piping, but overall it's an improvement on 2022, so I'm happy.

St kilda home guernsey
interesting that the kids guernseys have the NB logo below the collar but the adult jumpers don't. Possible betting sponsor incoming for that spot?

What the hell are those socks??!!!!
They were the home socks from 97-02 but hopefully they aren't going back to them even if it is just for a year. Maybe with the alternate kit they would be okay (as they were originally brought in to go with the cross guernsey in 97)

This collar sponsor stuff is really getting to me, I just hate it so much. The above the number ones are bad enough, this is just too far now. One of the many things the NFL and NBA do well is the players jerseys (hate the word jersey, but that’s what they are over there) NFL have no sponsors at all on them. Just the numbers, small team logo, and the Nike symbol, that’s it. NBA have one tiny sponsor, more often than not just a price of text, colour coded to team colours, bit like the first back of jumper sponsors we had in 94 across the league. AFL is heading down billboard territory, and it’s disgusting.

That's the great irony. Many an AFL Executive visit the NFL and it's teams for inspiration on how to run a league... then the next AFL season rolls around and the teamwear resembles NASCAR more and more.

My only solution would be to delete the Kentucky Speedway visit from any future executive trips.

Is everyone ITT missing the significance of the logo in being in the black box? It's a great callback to the 66 premiership. If anything, it could have been a bit bigger.

Interesting how they've gone with the Caltex branding despite them being rebranded to Ampol now, or was that just a Victoria thing?
Na Caltex is on the way back, this time owned by the original rights-owners
