The Tiges have got a few that could really give it a nudge next year, Alex Rance will play alot next year and even Tom Hislop is still eligable and if he screws his head on right he could definantly have a crack.

But our main contender for next year who is eligable by just 1 game is Daniel Connors!
The kid is ready to burst and expect him play regular senior footy next year and take a few hangers and slot some GOTY contenders.

The kid has screwed his head on and has been busting his gut in the off season with Trent Cotchin and Jack Riewoldt and is looking to cement a spot.
He definantly has all the tools to be a great player and could suprise a few people!

Seems to indicate his Date of birth: 27/01/87 therefore has turned 21 before 1/1/09...however looking at his profile which for some reason is still on the Essendon website he is still eligible being born on 7/6/1988...poor work Richmond.
